Codependency is a term used to describe a set of behaviors fueled by unproductive beliefs that can negatively affect our relationships.
If you find that you are worried or upset over another’s behavior that may be a sign that you could benefit from this group. This supportive group provides a positive environment to help you grow to be the best you can be and enjoy more positive relationships.
Rita Young is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Addictions Professional (CAP). She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resource Management and a Master of Science Degree in Community Counseling Psychology. She is a highly skilled therapist with over 20 years experience.
The suggested Offering is $5 per meeting. Please give as you are able and guided to give. More or less is gratefully accepted.
